The Masterclass day with Alexandre Pascal and Théo Fouchenneret brought together students, teachers and musicians from different cities in a meeting marked by sensitivity, depth and artistic exchange. For several hours, the participants had the opportunity to work directly with two French performers whose style embodies the elegance of European Romanticism and a contemporary vision of musical performance.
The teacher Alexandre Pascal, Renowned for his warm sound and meticulous technical approach, he guided the violinists through exercises, repertoire, and interpretive reflections that highlighted the importance of phrasing, expressive intent, and active listening. For his part, Théo Fouchenneret, a pianist with a distinguished international career, offered an intimate and precise look at the construction of color, articulation and musical communication within the instrument.
Throughout the meeting, both artists fostered a close-knit, professional, and deeply inspiring learning environment. Active participants received personalized feedback, while the audience was able to observe firsthand the creative process behind each artwork.
These Masterclasses are part of the national tour organized by the Fauré Institute of Musical Studies and Dissemination, whose purpose is to bring European musical excellence closer to the Mexican public and strengthen artistic training in our country.
